Mac core audio driver update pro#
If Pro Tools will not start up exactly what happens? does the program crash? Give an error message? what is written to systems.log? etc. If you want help you need to describe clearly exactly what is happening. There is no "stand alone app" for the Eleven Rack and Pro Tools LE cannot be "stand alone" (used without a digidesign interface). I have no idea what you are trying to describe here and expect others will not either. > I can not edit in 11 racks settings from pro tool as a "stand alone" app. Or you might get lucky if other users here have tried moving 8.x LE to Lion. You can also read the threads/tips on DUC about running 8.x on OS X Lion, some of that might help you for ideas. If its not working for you then the quick fix is to revert back to the backup you made before this upgrade. You did a brave experiment by upgrading a working Pro Tools 8.0 LE system to Mountain Lion, an OS X version that Avid is never going to officially support with Pro Tools 8.0 LE. I think I've paid plenty for 11 rack and the software that does not work properly, but thank you anyway.īut, am I not entitled to a pro tool 10 when I have bought an eleven rack? Expansion pack and pro tool 10 is included when you buy a new 11rack today? why should'nt it.?

I can not edit in 11 racks settings from pro tool as a "stand alone" app. I had not realized that we had been allowed to create a user forum to help ourselves.īut now with the mentioned update:"Eleven_Rack_Drivers_v105_73510.dmg", (which I had downloaded before but did not work) so I uninstalled first eleven rack and installed it again, I could suddenly see the soundcard from 11 rack again.

Oh, sorry, I thought it was a technical support forum for eleven rack.
